4Do you offer samples? What cost?
Yes, we can provide samples of our plush toys. The sample cost is usually higher than the production cost per piece. Samples allow you to see the quality and design of our products before making a large investment.
If instock plush, normally sample is 10USD. If custom plush, normally sample cost is 100USD
5How long does it take to produce an order?
The production time varies depending on the order quantity and complexity of the customization. On average, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks to complete an order. However, we will provide you with a more accurate production timeline once we receive your specific requirements.
